The Harmonic Work-Styles Program is your introduction to the concept of creating a Harmonic Workplace through an understanding of how six, unique types of work-styles can best partner together to accomplish great things.

Become a Harmonic Communicator by discovering how to utilize your unique and special Harmonic Work-Style strengths to enhance your ability to create positive, trusting communication in the workplace.

Just as a pianist must play specific notes in a certain way that creates a positive and pleasing sound, we must communicate in a way that creates positive and pleasing workplace relationships.

Our ability to communicate effectively with different types of people is the key to developing deeper and more trusting working relationships. But communication can be difficult due to the many hurdles that can occur. This course provides the path to better communication that will build stronger working relationships.

Most folks are aware of the drastic differences in communication between Extroverts and Introverts, but there are many subtle shades of extroversion and introversion that greatly affect our communication preferences. And there are many other differences in how we share and receive information that can create confusion and misunderstandings. The Harmonic Work-Styles model provides a clear view of these differences to help people of all types better communicate with one another. Before participating, you will be asked to complete the Harmonic Work-Styles Assessment to help to determine your innate work-style preferences.

A key learning of this course is how to specifically talk with people who are acting very negatively towards you, with specific techniques on how to soften their negative behavior and move the conversation to a productive place. You'll also receive the RESOLVE model, a tool to work through a conflict situation to come to a suitable resolution.

This course is not about the basic fundamentals of communications, so you won't be learning how to write a better sentence, or how to verbalize your thoughts concisely. There are tons of courses out there that can teach you the basics. With this course, you'll instead discover the depths of communication that comes from reaching people in their preferred way of being reached. So, you'll learn how to write a sentence that's better for a certain type of person, and how to verbalize your thoughts so the given person receiving it will better understand your intent. This allows the communication to create a deeper and more trusting relationship.

  • Details about how each Harmonic Type's Communication Preference can create a positive working environment.
  • The unique way that various types of people interrelate within the workplace to create stronger relationships.
  • How to use the CARE Conversation Model to increase the effectiveness of your workplace communication.
  • How to use the RESOLVE Resolution Method to work through conflict and create positive agreements.
  • Tools to measure the impact of your communication and the level of trust that you and others can create.
  • How to speak from the Center Point of Empathy to better reach the other person's preferred way of communicating.

Harmonic Leadership

Become a Harmonic Leader by increasing your ability to understand, motivate and inspire others, leading to a more positive workplace that plays the song of engagement and trust.

Leaders come in all shapes and sizes, and all types. Each of the Harmonic Work-Style Types can be an effective leader, but it comes from understanding how to best lead within your given type instead of trying to be a cookie-cutter leader by emulating techniques that are not a natural fit. This learning program helps you to find your unique leadership style and discover techniques for leading each of your team-members equally effectively, reaching their needs regardless of their Work-Style Type. This will greatly expand employee engagement within the team.

A key learning is how to coach employees who are acting negatively to get them back to a point of positive productivity. You'll also learn how to negotiate with difficult people by turning it into a positive situation where the outcome can benefit both parties. Being a Positive-Traits leader simply leads to greater personal and team success.

Creating a Harmonic Workplace is simply moving the primary focus from concentrating on the work to instead concentrating on caring for the people who are doing the work, and this naturally helps them to do their work better. The result is that the work product is much better (and the employees are happier and more engaged while doing the work).

  • How to guide a team through the different phases of team-development to reach the strengthening phase.
  • Effective ways to coach each team-member to meet their unique short-term and long-term needs.
