The Harmonic Leadership Style Assessment captures this picture to help you to understand your strengths and challenges, and how you can better flex to meet the needs of other types of people.
Other Harmonic assessments measure your core leadership capabilities, motivation drivers and drainers, communication impact, trust index, and leadership/management balance. These assessments are used within the Harmonic Leadership course and also within the leadership coaching to provide you a more detailed painting of your leadership style.
